Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to all major cities in Pakistan, and delivery is free on every order. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days; remote areas can take up to 7 working days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with Cash on Delivery. Bank transfer is also available on request — just contact us after placing your order.
How are fragile items packed?
Every lamp, vase and frame is wrapped in protective layers and packed in a double-walled box, so it arrives exactly as it left our studio.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you are not happy with your piece, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please share photos of the item and packaging with us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Are the flowers real?
Our arrangements are high-quality artificial flowers and greenery — no watering needed, and they keep their beauty for years.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we send you a tracking number by SMS or email. You can also view your order status from My Account.
