Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to major cities across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.
Packaging
Fragile items such as lamps, vases and framed art are wrapped in protective layers and packed in double-walled boxes.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. To start an exchange, contact us with your order number.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
Where an exchange is not possible, approved refunds are processed by bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
